Finance and Marine Protected Areas Committee

Fondo Naturaleza Chile is fortunate to have valuable experts who support its work.

During September, the Finance Committee met for the first time , whose objective is to support the Board of Directors of Fondo Naturaleza Chile in the management of investment strategies, following international best practices to safeguard its mission.

Among its members are Andrés Antivil, Kathleen Barclay, Juan Andrés Camus, Erik Heyl and Esteban Brenes; who met on September 5th in their first session together with the executive team of Fondo Naturaleza Chile represented by Eugenio Rengifo and Agustín Wolff.

In November, the Marine Protected Areas Committee met to support the management of the Marine Protected Areas Program, following international best practices. Its members are Bárbara Saavedra, Diego Flores, Julio Cordano, Eglé Flores*, Julio Chamorro, and Rodrigo Catalán, who met with the executive team of Fondo Naturaleza Chile, represented by Tomás Saratscheff and Rodrigo Guijón. *[Information update: Eglé Flores is no longer a member of the Marine Protected Areas Committee]
