What is the Wildfire Landscape Resilience Fund?

The first permanent financing facility dedicated to strengthening community and landscape resilience to wildfires in Chile and Latin America.

Inspired by FOMAFUR’s 25-year track record, supporting local organizations and community-led initiatives in wildfire prevention and mitigation and the restoration of ecosystems and watersheds.

Aligned with Chile's National Landscape Restoration Plan (Ministry of Environment and Ministry of Agriculture), CONAF's Prepared Communities Program, and the country's Nationally Determined Contributions (NDCs).
